Sengoku’s spirit lies in its three core businesses that continue to produce value for the world and have made us who we are today.

In 2023, SENGOKU WORKS, LTD. celebrated the 70th anniversary of its founding. Sengoku got its start with press work for its parts business, before moving on to an OEM venture dealing in finished products and using the knowledge and products cultivated in this business to expand into creating our own brands. We have built upon each business and have grown them through this process into what we are today.
Centered on the three above businesses, we continually work to perfect our skills, meet the ideals of our customers the best we can, and deliver new value to society at large. We were able to achieve this by focusing on product development and manufacturing that honors the values of Sengoku, while placing importance on our desire to bring a smile to the faces of as many people as possible.

Taking on challenges that only Sengoku can by maximizing the products and technology we have built up in the 70 years since our founding.

In recent years, major changes have taken place around the world, and industry as well as our daily lives have similarly entered a new era. In a world where we are required to respond to environmental issues, increasingly complex social conditions, and diversifying values in our daily lives, we promise to continue challenging ourselves in the field of product creation and manufacturing. Carrying on the values our company has cherished since its founding, we will identify areas that need change and take a proactive approach to the ventures we undertake. I hope to further expand the potential and possibilities of our company, by utilizing the networks and technologies that we have acquired over the last 70 years.

One example of this is our commitment to taking a fresh look at our domestic manufacturing operations and strengthening these, all while changing our thinking to better match the times. Until now, we have concentrated on expanding our overseas production bases, while enhancing our manufacturing capabilities and responsiveness. In order to take on a new set of challenges in the coming 100 years, it is essential, then, that we further develop and grow ourselves, as we are the foundation of everything we do. It is key to think about just how much of a future-focused perspective we can adopt as we utilize our new domestic factory that went into operation in April, 2023. We will take on every opportunity to strengthen our domestic businesses and production bases, develop products and technologies in a way that is both speedy and creative within this environment, and create new value through partnerships with like-minded corporations, among any other challenges we may face.

With flexibility and an open mind, we will continue as one to perfect the Sengoku way of product creation and manufacturing as we move towards the future.

To achieve the above objectives, it is important that each of us broaden our perspectives, adopt flexible ideas, utilize our internal colleagues alongside our external networks, and simultaneously challenge ourselves to both grow and take on new ventures. We will work to create a system that recognizes diversity and allows individuals and teams to maximize their strengths. We will also further evolve and deepen our technologies and continue combining imagination with creation. To do this, we must revisit our roots and pave new paths to a future that brings excitement to all. Moving forward, we will employ Sengoku’s product creation and manufacturing to our continued efforts to take on new challenges to realize all that we have envisioned. And we will do this with the belief of “continuing to create new value for society” fixed firmly in our hearts.
